Shawn Ireland, Founder & CEO, is responsible for the company’s growth, by identifying acquisition opportunities in the Kansas City area, negotiating offers, facilitating financing and overseeing due diligence. Shawn loves the relationship between growing a community and a thriving company at the same time.
Chief Operating Officer
Jessie Biggs, COO is responsible for coordinating operations across the vertically integrated family of systems, which compose Ireland Investments. Jessie brings years of experience in operational efficiencies, primarily in the property management sector of the industry.
Director of Asset Management
Jacob Miller, Director of Asset Management, oversees property maintenance and construction. Jacob has more than a decade of hands-on experience in commercial and residential property maintenance. With an extensive understanding of construction and a background in electrical work, he brings the knowledge needed to oversee all new and current property development.
Colleen Ireland, Brand Development Manager, has gained years of design experience since graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors in Graphic Design. She is instrumental in creating the company image and developing our brand.
BJ Welsh, with Dream Works contracting, is an experienced contractor with a rapidly growing construction crew. BJ delivers exceptional quality work alongside a team of highly-skilled professionals in the single and multifamily real estate setting. BJ has proven to be dedicated, hardworking and a true team player, with a passion for his trade and a deep sense of pride in his work.
Director of Acquisitions
Hannah Murrell, founder of Love, Living, Local KC assists the CEO in developing real estate acquisitions and development strategies. Hannah’s primary focus is to assess potential real estate acquisitions, divestitures and potential development, maximizing profitability. Hannah’s ability to research, evaluate and analyze potential investments lead to optimal decision making when choosing new properties.
David Levy, President of Premium Property Management, maintains Ireland Investments property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. David establishes rental rates by surveying local competition and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals.
