Jacob Miller, Director of Asset Management, oversees property maintenance and construction. Jacob has more than a decade of hands-on experience in commercial and residential property maintenance. Hannah’s ability to research, evaluate and analyze potential investments lead to optimal decision making when choosing new properties.

David Levy, President of Premium Property Management, maintains Ireland Investments property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. David establishes rental rates by surveying local competition and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals.
